By downloading or using Sudoku Blitz, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

Sudoku Blitz offers a one-time purchase to "Remove Ads".
- Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the policies of the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
- If you delete the app or change devices, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchase" functionality within the app (provided you are using the same Store account).

You agree not to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer.

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. The developer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
